At Simply Diving, we aim to provide a clear and reliable delivery experience for every order.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship throughout Spain and the European Union.
Product types and delivery
Our store offers two different product types, which may be fulfilled separately:
Scubapro products
Scubapro products are sourced to order from our official supplier after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time:
- Spain: 7–12 working days
- European Union: 7–12 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and destination.
SG Sports printed products
SG Sports printed products are made and shipped directly to you.
- Shipping is included in the product price
- In-store pickup is not available for these items
Mixed orders
If your order includes both Scubapro products and SG Sports printed products, these items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout where applicable.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery delays
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- supplier availability
- courier delays
- customs or cross-border processing
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Simply Diving cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.
