These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Simply Diving.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.


2. Products

Simply Diving is an authorised Scubapro agent.

All products are subject to availability.
In the event of stock issues or supplier delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur.


3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website include IVA (where applicable).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, prices confirmed at checkout will not be affected.


4. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Product unavailability

If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.


5. Payment

We accept payment via secure payment gateways including:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal

All transactions are processed securely.


6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and supplier availability.

Simply Diving is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


7. Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims may require inspection and may be handled directly with the manufacturer or distributor.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper servicing, or accidental damage are not covered.


9. Limitation of Liability

Simply Diving shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income or business
• Improper use of diving equipment

Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is used safely and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
